Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh uku­ran perusahaan, tipe industri, asimetri informasi dan komisaris independen terhadap pengungkapan modal intelektual. Pene­li­ti­an ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan indeks kompas100 yang berjumlah 100 perusahaan. Penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode purposive sampling, sehingga didapat 34 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi liniear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa Uku­ran Perusahaan, Tipe Industri dan Asimetri Informasi ber­pe­nga­ruh positif terhadap Pengungkapan Modal Intelektual. Seda­ng­kan Komisaris Independen tidak berpengaruh terhadap Pengu­ng­kapan Modal.
